FAQ
How is this different from sites like iLovePDF?+
Those services upload your file to their servers.
Here the PDF never leaves your device, so contracts, ID scans and payslips stay private, and there's no sign-up or daily limit.
Can it convert Word, PowerPoint or Excel to PDF?+
Those conversions need a document renderer running on a server, which would break our 'no upload' promise.
We only do things that work on the PDF itself (merge, split, organize, compress, text, passwords) plus photo ↔ PDF.
Does merging or splitting lower the quality?+
No.
Pages are copied as they are into a new file, so text, images and vector graphics stay identical.
Only 'Compress' recompresses images.
How large can files be?+
Up to 100MB per file and 20 files at a time.
Processing happens in your device's memory, so very long scans may be slow on a phone; use a desktop browser for those.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?+
No.
It's processed only inside the browser you're using and is never sent over the internet.
