FAQ
Which format should I save in?+
JPG is the safest choice for government, exam and job sites.
Choose PNG if you need a transparent background, or WebP for lightweight images on websites and blogs.
Can I reduce the file size while converting?+
Yes.
Turn on 'File size' and enter the size you want, and the file is fitted to it while the format is changed.
Are my photos stored on a server?+
No.
Your photos are never sent over the internet.
They're processed only inside the browser you're using right now, and when you close the page, both the originals and the results are cleared from your device's memory.
Is information like the photo's location passed along too?+
Result files don't include EXIF metadata such as location or device info.
The rotation info is applied first so your photo doesn't end up sideways, and then it's removed.
